STORE ADMIN
Job Description:
- To manage the stock control: Receive incoming goods, inspect and check damage and look for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Accurately sort, label and perform inventory control of goods in store and also maintain proper records of outgoing goods from the store.
- To check and update daily stock cards and submit daily reports to the immediate superior.
- To ensure the storage of the stocks are kept in a clean and in organized manner at all times.
- Perform periodical stock take, inventory count and verification of stock records.
- Liaison with internal department and external parties.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with inventory and store management.
- Well organised, highly responsible, honest and reliable in carrying out the daily tasks and duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ADMIN OFFICER
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall General Administration related matters.
- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system.
- Issue Invoice, Delivery Order and Report that need by operation.
- To efficiently respond to any telephone queries or walk-in client.
- Liaison with internal department and external parties.
- Perform inventory control of goods and maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods from store.
- Perform periodical stock take, inventory count and verification of stock records.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least SPM / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)
- Results oriented person, multitasking, good time management skills, good rapport with all level of people, energetic, well organized, highly responsible, honest and patience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
